Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari arrives at Kuwait International Airport in Kuwait City yesterday, on-board the first Iraqi aeroplane to land in Kuwait since the Iraqi invasion in 1990. The symbolic Iraqi Airways flight was hailed by officials as a sign of improving relations between the neighbours, and they were greeted by Kuwaiti officials upon landing. The Iraqi transport ministry said there would now be regular flights between the countries.
