Bansko, Bulgaria--World Cup organisers have rescheduled the women's super-G cancelled in Bansko on Friday due to fog for Monday, the International Ski Federation announced.
The start of the race in Bulgaria was delayed several times in the hope that the mist would lift in time to allow the super-G to get underway, but it soon became clear that it would not be possible.
Friday's super-G was organised to replace a race originally scheduled for Bad Kleinkirchheim in Austria in January.
Bansko was also scheduled to stage a World Cup women's super-G on Saturday followed by a super-combined on Sunday.
