Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a phone call today from HM King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The call addressed the latest security developments in the region and their repercussions on peace and stability.
Both sides emphasized the need for an immediate cessation of escalation and the opening of avenues for dialogue to preserve regional security and prevent further tensions.
They two sides also condemned the targeting of Qatar, Jordan, and other Arab states with Iranian ballistic missiles, affirming their continued coordination to take all necessary measures to safeguard sovereignty and enhance security and stability.
