Doha: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has issued 36 violations to one of the major car dealers in Qatar.
The ministry stated in a statement published on social media that these violations were issued as a result of the company's failure to comply with the contracts agreed upon with consumers in the delivery of cars.
The ministry added that the penalty comes with issuing reports of violations and referring the violations to the security authority.
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry did not name the company responsible for the violations, which elicited remarks from both citizens and residents.
Several comments suggest that the ministry announce the company's name, as it does with restaurants and small businesses.
