Doha: The daily religious lectures that the Katara Mosque hosts continue, where scholars who are distinguished by their vast and abundant knowledge are conducting in this event.

Sheikh Al Hajri said: “We have to feel the rewards that Ramadan gives us, which Allah made it an opportunity to ask for forgiveness, through fasting, praying, and reciting the Quran, in confirmation of the words of the holy Prophet (PBUH).”

“Whoever fasts during Ramadan out of faith and in the hope of reward, his previous sins will be forgiven. Whoever performs Ramadan prayers out of faith and for the reward of rewards, his past sins will be forgiven.”

The sheikh concluded his lecture by stressing the benefit of what is available by modern means of communication that provide applications for reading and reciting the Quran with the voices of famous readers, in addition to many sites that allow browsing the Quran in both audio and video.
