Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, represented by the Wildlife Development Department, carried out inspection campaign across all regions of the country targeting violations related to the exploitation of natural stone resources.

The campaign led to the detection of several violations involving the unauthorised extraction, sale, and transportation of stone and landfill materials from government project sites — actions carried out without obtaining the necessary official permits. These activities constitute violations of Law No. (3) of 2007 on the Exploitation of Natural Resources and Law No. (30) of 2002 on Environmental Protection.
