DOHA: Al Markab Real Estate WLL and Al Khayarin Group Trading & Contracting signed a contract agreement for construction, completion and maintenance of office building (at Energy City (ECQ-D-23) Lusail for Techno-Q.
The agreement signing ceremony was attended by senior officials of both the organisations. Zeyad Muhammad Al Jaidah, Managing Director, Al Markab Real Estate and Mr Mohammad Idrees Anwar, CEO/Managing Partner of KG Group signed on respective behalf.
The building contains 2 basement levels primarily containing parking facilities, services area etc., ground floor, mezzanine floor and 3 upper floors having a total built up area of 11,430 m2. This building will be constructed as per the smart city regulation & all latest modern facilities.
A contract signing Ceremony was held between Mr Mohammed Misnad Saad Misnad Al Misned Owner and Mr Mohammad Idrees Anwar, CEO Al Khayarin Group for the Construction of Residential Building (B+G+7) recently. The building located in Al Sadd area would be constructed after demolishing existing building. The awarded contract is for Demolition, Construction, Completion & Maintenance of building to be located in Al Sadd areas. The building contains total of 52 Nos. residential flats of various configurations including a basement for car parking, swimming pool & gym with all modern facilities.
