Doha: The Minister of Justice H E Dr Hassan Lahdan Saqr Al Mohannadi has announced that the ministry will begin providing evening services to the public from today.
Evening work from 9pm to 11pm at the ministry will begin with the Real Estate Registration Department.
The Minister was speaking during a visit to the real estate registration office in Al Khor to review progress of work in the office and preparations to shift to new premises.
After a presentation by officials on current and new buildings, and other needs, the Minister said his visit followed directives of the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to provide services for people at the nearest place, especially those living outside Doha.
The Minister also referred to directives of the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani to focus on quality of services. Dr Al Mohannadi said that the new premises of the registration office will expand quality services and stressed the need to complete equipment and facilities at the new building. QNA
