Doha: Dr Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, Director-General, Katara, yesterday met Chadian Ambassador Abubakr Al Siddiq Chourouma and discussed the possibility of holding a Chadian cultural event.
Al Sulaiti said it would bring the audience closer to the deep-rooted Chadian culture, adding that Chad has rich African dimensions and authentic Arab roots.
The ambassador highlighted the depth of ties between both countries and said the event at Katara will be one of the fruitful outcomes of cooperation between both countries.
