Jakarta: A 6.2-magnitude earthquake measuring struck off Indonesia's Lombok Island on Tuesday, but it did not trigger a tsunami warning, the meteorology and geophysics agency said.
Lombok island is undergoing relief works after being hit by multi-strong quakes since the end of last month.
The quake rocked at 2:08 p.m. Jakarta time (0708 GMT) with the epicenter 106 km southeast Kupang of East Nusa Tenggara province and a depth of 10 km, Hendra Rahman of the agency said.
