Al Muraikhi participates in OIC FMs meeting; meets Saudi deputy FM

Jeddah: The State of Qatar participated in the 23rd Extraordinary Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), which was held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on yesterday.

The State of Qatar was represented at the meeting by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi.

Al Muraikhi met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia H E Eng. Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al Khereiji, on the sidelines of the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, they discussed relations between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen them, in addition to a number of issues of mutual interest.

Minister of State for Foreign Affairs also met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine H E Dr. Varsen Aghabekian Shahin, on the sidelines of the meeting.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and ways to support and strengthen them, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.

Al Muraikhi also met with Indonesia’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Muhammad Anis Matta in Jeddah.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral cooperation relations and ways to support and strengthen them, in addition to discussing a number of issues of mutual interest.

Minister of State for Foreign Affairs also met yesterday with Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Gambians Abroad of the Republic of The Gambia, H E Sering Modou Njie.

Held on the margin of the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Jeddah, the meeting focused on bilateral cooperation relations and ways to boost them, in addition to a range of topics of mutual interest.
