Istanbul: The Emir HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani held on Friday evening talks with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan during a meeting held at Istanbul's Beylerbeyi Palace.
The meeting discussed ties of cooperation between the two countries, and reviewed a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
HH the Emir attended the dinner hosted by Recep Tayyip Erdogan in honor of His Highness and the accompanying delegation.
HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani arrived in the city of Istanbul on Friday afternoon.
His Highness was greeted upon arrival at Ataturk International Airport by Minister for EU Affairs Egemen Bagis, and deputy governor of the city of Istanbul Jalaluddin Yuksel, and HE Qatar's Ambassador to Turkey Salem Mubarak al-Shafi. (QNA)
