Nader Khamis Al Mehairi, head of airport section, steps out from the supersized ambulance and mobile hospital at Dubai World Central — Al Maktoum International Airport, in Jebel Ali, Dubai, yesterday. A Mercedes-Benz bus which is used by Dubai government became the largest ambulance in the world, with 18 metres of length. It can receive up to 44 patients at a time.
