Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Tuesday's trading higher by 28.70 points, or 0.26 percent, to settle at 10,924.78 points.
During the session, a total of 130,623,731 shares were traded, with a value of QAR 479,512,854.834, through 20,291 transactions across all sectors.
The shares of 24 companies rose during the session, while 21 companies saw their stocks decline. Seven companies maintained their previous closing price.
At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization stood at QAR 653,216,404,408.010, compared to QAR 651,498,657,059.675 in the previous session.
