The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich in Doha yesterday. The Emir presented the Ukrainian President with the Necklace of Independence and the Ukrainian President presented the Emir with the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise.
