The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani with the French Ambassador to Qatar Jean-Christophe Peaucelle at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. During the meeting the French envoy delivered a letter from the French President Francois Hollande on bilateral relations and other regional and international issues.
