Doha: Qatar National Bank (QNB )continues to support trainees who have been nominated by Labour Ministry, as part of their joint programme that was initially launched in September this year and will now see its first group of young Qatari national graduates. QNB held a graduation ceremony and certificates were handed out to the graduates.

Through this programme, trainees learnt about QNB as well as about Basic Banking. Further the Bank taught them about respective banking products and services.

A core part of the programme was also team working and communication skills. This is in line with the Bank’s values to constantly be working on building and fostering teamwork.

The top achievers of the program have been offered job opportunities in line with their capabilities and interest.

The Bank is committed to training young Qatari nationals but also providing them with jobs, whenever possible. Moreover, the Bank is dedicated to being the institution of choice for employees.

Mohamed Al Hajri, the Head of Dispute Resolution at the Ministry of Labor, expressed thanks and appreciation for the efforts done by QNB.  “This type of trainings definitely benefits the participants as they receive certificates that support their resumes and more importantly, the top achievers get employed by the Bank. I would like also to congratulate who finished the training successfully,” he said.
