Doha: Qatar yesterday strongly condemned the huge explosion which took place near a government complex in downtown Beirut.
Qatar’s Foreign Ministry said that the State of Qatar strongly condemns such acts which contravene all human values, which could drag the region into chaos and instability, adding that the State of Qatar offers its sincere condolences to victims’ families and the Lebanese government and people.
The Foreign Ministry also reiterated Qatar’s firm stance renouncing violence in all its forms and manifestations and whatever its source and motives. QNA
