Another foggy morning for New Delhi

New Delhi: The capital city experienced a chilly Saturday as the maximum temperature settled a notch below the season’s average at 19.2 degrees Celsius while fog continued to affect the movement of trains.
Similar weather is in store today, the Met office said. Visibility dropped to 700 metres at 8.30am yesterday.
“There will be dense fog tomorrow (Sunday) morning, but the day will be mainly clear. Fog will return in the evening,” said an official with the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 19 and 4 degrees today. Yesterday, the morning was chilly and the minimum temperature was 4.8 degrees, three notches below the season’s average. The maximum humidity was 100 percent. 
Northern Railway said 68 trains were affected. While 36 arriving in the city were delayed, the departure of 27 had to be rescheduled and five were cancelled.
