The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday received a written message from the President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan, on means of enhancing relations. The message was handed over by the president’s special envoy and Acting Minister of National Planning when the Emir met him and his delegation at the Emiri Diwan.
