Doha, Qatar: Under the patronage of H E Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force “Lekhwiya,” Doha will host the 49th Electoral General Assembly Meeting and the 119th and 120th Executive Office Meetings of the Arab Police Sports Federation, from 3 to 7 February 2026.
This was announced during a press conference held by the Qatari Police Sports Federation, where Major Abdullah Khamis Al Hamad, Secretary-General of the Qatari Police Sports Federation, confirmed that preparations have been completed to receive delegations from 21 Arab countries, coinciding with the Golden Jubilee of the Federation and the Arab Police Cross-Country Championship.
In this regard, Captain Mohammed Salem Al Kuwari, Chairman of the Technical Committee for the Cross-Country Championship, stated that the race will be held on Friday, 6 February, at Al Bidda Park, with the participation of 91 athletes representing 19 Arab countries.
