Operation Storm Resolve has renewed the historical status of sisterly Saudi Arabia at the Arab, Islamic and international levels. It is a leader when it comes to issues and is able to face, determine and resolve challenges.
Its spiritual status for Muslims, political role, military might, economic prowess and leadership strength gives it the ability to lead the Operation Storm Resolve coalition, which represents today the hope for more than billion Muslims to restore the nation’s prestige, to restore its rights and to deal justly with its people.
On more than one occasion, Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has stressed his complete confidence in the ability of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz to meet the challenges facing the region, with the help of the second generation of young people in governance who have a high degree of efficiency, capabilities and expertise in managing difficult issues.
The coalition forces led by Saudi Arabia in operation Storm Resolve acted to support the legitimacy of the sisterly Yemeni state, and they were supported by all countries and people except Iran, Iraq, Syrian regime and Hezbollah. I think everyone knows the link between these four parties.
Without an initiative by sisterly Saudi Arabia to establish this coalition, we lose Yemen as we lost other countries, and Houthis will kidnap Yemen the country of wisdom and faith and will transfer it to another country where civil war rages. Yemen then will become the khanjar (dagger) in the side of the nation, besides one in the region’s countries.
Saudi Arabia can be the leader in all issues and we are confident that King Salman’s leadership is capable of finding solutions to crises that a number of Arab countries are facing. Today there is an appeal that the coalition should not stop before achieving all goals, save security, maintain stability and return legitimacy to Yemen, and to stop the advance of Houthis and deposed president’s forces Ali Abdullah Saleh (ungrateful) who is asking today for dialogue with Houthis after they aborted all GCC initiatives during the last few months and chose thugs (Baltaja) to rob Yemen’s state institutions.
Not only the region, but the Arab and Islamic world are proud of the honest coalition, and have resolved to support Saudi Arabia and its leaders in this difficult phase of history.
Saudi Arabia is the hub of action, and the leadership of the nation is able to manage the war efficiently to restore Arab rights that have been threatened by hostile parties.
