Foreign nationals working as domestic helps take part in a parade to mark Labour Day and to highlight their plight in Beirut, Lebanon, yesterday. According to a recent UN report, an estimated 600,000 people have been “tricked and trapped” into forced employment in the Middle East, and many of them are also sexually exploited.
