Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday issued an Emiri Order No. 1 of 2014 delegating the Emiri Diwan President H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani (pictured) to assume the Emir’s duties during the periods of his absence. The Emiri Order is effective as of the date of its publication in the official gazette.
