Doha: Ooredoo yesterday launched its lowest ever denomination of the popular Mobile Data Scratch Cards, with a new data Top-up card at just QR20 for 250MB.
It aims to cater to customers who use their mobile devices online minimally, or for one off services such as video calls. The cards come in denominations of 250MB for QR20, 1GB for QR60, 3GB for QR80 and 6GB for QR100.
Ooredoo Mobile Data Card’s, which was one of Ooredoo’s top sellers in 2013, enable Hala and Shahry customers to extend their mobile data limit, without eating into their existing credit.
Mobile Data Scratch Cards will be valid for 30 days once activated, and customers can use more than one scratch card during the 30-day validity period. The data will also work in conjunction with Ooredoo’s 4G network.
To activate the Mobile Data cards, customers need to simply scratch off the secret panel to reveal the activation code, and follow the instructions on the back of the card to redeem the data.
Ooredoo Mobile Data Cards can be purchased in an Ooredoo Shop or throughout Qatar with Ooredoo authorised dealers. The company said that these cards have been designed specifically for the next generation of customers that consume more data due to their smartphone’s capabilities and smart lifestyle.
