Doha: The Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra (QPO) has announced that Mohamed Saleh, a prominent oboist with the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, has received the esteemed Bravo Award in Moscow, representing a significant achievement in his remarkable career.
