H H the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and H H Sheikha Moza bint Nasser with Hamad Victor Nazim, the first Qatari to obtain bachelor degree from the US Military Academy (West Point ) in New York, yesterday. The ceremony was attended by President Barack Obama, Congressmen, senior military, civilian, diplomatic figures, as well as families of the graduates.
