Occupied Jerusalem: Seven Palestinians were injured on Monday morning, some said to be critical, from Israeli occupation army gunfire during a raid of the northern West Bank town of Qabatya, south of Jenin.

Medical sources said seven Palestinians were hit by live bullets, one of them shot in the back and is reported to be critical and another in the stomach, while one person was hit in the head by a rubber bullet, according to Palestine's News Agency (WAFA).

The city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank has been witnessing since last March confrontations between the Palestinians and the occupation forces, which used bullets and tear gas, leading to the injury and death of dozens of Palestinians.
