Doha, Qatar: Qatar and Tanzania have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish political consultations between the two countries’ foreign ministries.
The first round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Qatar and Tanzania was held yesterday in Doha.
Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani chaired the Qatari side, while Prime Minister of Tanzania H E Dr. Mwigulu Nchemba chaired Tanzania’s side. The round of political consultations discussed bilateral relations and ways to support and develop them, along with the latest regional and international developments. It also discussed a number of issues of mutual interest.
