Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday issued Decree No. 59 of 2013 endorsing an agreement between governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Moldova on the reciprocal exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and special passports, signed in Doha on 10.12.2012.
The Emir also issued Decree No. 60 of 2013 endorsing an agreement providing for the encouragement and protection of mutual investments between governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Moldova, signed in Doha on 10.12.2012. The Emir issued Decree No 61 of 2013 endorsing an agreement on economic, trade and technical cooperation between governments of Qatar and Moldova, signed Doha on 10.12.2012.
The Emir issued Decree No. 62 of 2013 endorsing an agreement between governments of the State of Qatar and Guernsey on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with regard to income taxes, signed between in London on 22.2.2013.
The Emir issued decree No. 63 of 2013 endorsing an agreement between government of the State of Qatar and the Ukrainian Council of Ministers on the exemption of holders of diplomatic and special passports form entry visa requirements, signed in Doha on 28.11.2012.
The agreements shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. The decrees shall go into effect from the date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette.
