The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arrived in Kuwait City yesterday on one-day state visit. The Emir of Kuwait H H Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah led well-wishers to welcome the Emir of Qatar at Kuwait International Airport. Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Speaker of the National Assembly Marzouq Ali Al Ghanim, Deputy Chief of the National Guards Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Sabah, the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah and a number of Sheikhs, Ministers, senior officials and Qatar’s Ambassador to Kuwait Abdulaziz bin Saad Al Fuhaid and the Qatari Embassy staff were also present to welcome the Emir.
