Berlin: Assistant Foreign Minister for International Cooperation H E Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdurrahman Al Thani, who is also head of Qatar’s delegation participating in the Berlin Conference on Syrian refugees has stressed country’s commitment to making efforts to help alleviate the suffering of the brotherly people of Syria by delivering humanitarian assistance to all those in need inside and outside Syria.
The minister urged the international community to shoulder its humanitarian and moral responsibilities towards the Syrian people.
