DOHA: Development work on Al Shamal Road, which starts from Duhail Intersection in North Doha until Al Shamal, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2016, Al Sharq reports. Work entails investment of QR1.2bn.
It includes conversion of Al Shamal Road to five lanes from existing four, construction of a new intersection, improving and expansion of current intersections and building service lanes.
