Qatar Stars League (QSL) outfit Al Arabi are set to welcome back key midfielder Ahmed Maqsoud into the squad ahead of their match against bottom of the table Al Wakrah in the ninth round later this week.
Maqsoud sat out of his side's 3-2 Doha derby defeat to bitter rivals Al Sadd after picking up a calf injury.
"Thankfully for Al Arabi, Maqsoud has been given the all clear to return to training with his side," a club official said.
The Dream Team are set to take on Al Wakrah on Thursday evening in what could be a potential relegation six pointer for the side. \
Al Arabi are currently in the QSL relegation zone in twelfth place with just six points from their opening eight QSL games.
