KIEV - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said on Monday that he would meet his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and the leaders of Germany and France on January 15 to discuss ongoing peace efforts with Moscow-backed rebels.
"My diplomatic year will start on January 15 in Astana (Kazakhstan) with Normandy-style talks," Poroshenko said in reference to crisis negotiations between the four leaders that were first held in June in France.
