Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) invited food establishments to participate in the 2025 food establishment satisfaction survey, support its commitment to excellence, transparency and continuous improvement of services.
In an announcement shared as part of the initiative, the Ministry stated that the survey is being conducted in accordance with the international standard ISO 17020 and will be conducted by its Food Safety Department.
It aims to gather feedback from food establishments to help enhance service quality, improve procedures and ensure faster and more efficient service delivery.
The Ministry also noted that participation in the survey provides establishments with an opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of services, ensuring that their needs are met in the best possible manner.
It added that it assured participants that all data collected will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for service enhancement purposes.
