Doha: The Minister of State for Defence Affairs H E Major General Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah yesterday said Ahmed Bin Mohammed Military College, based on directives of the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, has become one of the best specialised scientific facilities in the world in terms of curriculum, infrastructure, equipment and capacity.
Al Attiyah was speaking on the sidelines of the graduation ceremony of the 10th batch of the college.
He said the college has attracted 118 students from eight countries and the batch’s top graduate is an Omani who was awarded the Sword of Honour.
The Minister expressed pleasure over the graduation of the 10th batch and said the Emir’s patronage of the ceremony reflects the college’s accomplishments year after year. QNA
