Birla Public School Quiz team and officials with TRAQuest Rolling trophy.
Doha: Birla Public School (BPS) Quiz team has won the TRAQuest 2023 Quiz competition, an annual flagship event of Thiruvananthapuram District Residents Association Qatar (TRAQ).
TRAQ is a socio-cultural platform of Residents in Qatar hailing from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala – functioning under the aegis of the Indian Embassy, Qatar.
The Birla Public School team comprising Master Bhagat Krishnan Krishna Kumar (Grade 10) and Master Rishab Murthy Viswanatham (Grade 9) proved its mettle and bagged the coveted TRAQuest Rolling trophy.
This annual Quiz competition is open to all high school students studying from Class IX to Class XII of the Indian Schools in Qatar.
“We were honoured to have been invited to take part in this much-anticipated event of the year for Indian School students,” said the school in a statement. The event was held at the Basant Kumar Birla Auditorium.
The quiz was well conducted by Manzoor Moideen, Quiz Master, a renowned motivational speaker. The BPS Quiz team was guided and coached by senior teachers and Quiz enthusiasts Rakesh Verma, and Shyam Mohan. The 1st Runners-up was DPS-Modern Indian School, while the 2nd Runners-up was Bhavans Public School.
