DOHA: The Advisory Council held today it weekly regular session under the Council's Chairman HE Mohamed bin Mubarak Al-Khulaifi.
At the outset of the meeting, Council Secretary-General Fahd bin Mubarak Al-Khayareen read the agenda which has been approved. The Council afterwards endorsed the minutes of its previous session.
The Council reviewed a draft law regulating tenders and decided to refer it to the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee to study it and furnish a report thereon to the Council.
The Council reviewed a report by the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee a draft law amending some provisions of law No. (17) of 2010 regulating the National Human Rights Committee and decided to refer a recommendation thereon to the cabinet.
