DOHA: The General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA) has set up a hotline — 183 — to serve citizens and customers and answer their queries. GRSIA said the new service is part of its efforts to provide all potential for effective communication with customers. It also offers 24/7 service to improve the quality of its services and meet all needs of customers, partners and employees.
Ali Al Khalaf, IT Director, GRSIA, said the authority has trained a special team to activate call centre service according to the programme — retirement regulations, pensions and public service.
