Doha: Qatar and Switzerland signed an agreement on Mutual Visa Exemption for holders of diplomatic, service and private passports at the Foreign Ministry Headquarters yesterday.
The agreement was signed by the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs H E Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Rumaihi and Switzerland Ambassador Martin Aeschbacher. The signing ceremony was attended by a number of officials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Doha: The second Managerial Forum kicked off yesterday at Al Rayyan Municipality in the presence of the Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning H E Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Khalifa Al Thani.
The forum comes as part of placing more attention to human development as one of the pillars of Qatar National Vision 2030, said the ministry’s head of public relations and communications Omar Al Yafei. The ministry also aims to develop the skills and performance of its senior officials.
