ISLAMABAD: A child was killed and another got injured when a bomb exploded in the southwestern Pakistani city of Quetta on Friday.
The blast in the capital of Baluchistan province took place in Kali Muslimabad of Akhtarabad area near the Western Bypass, Dunya news reported.
According to initial details, the children recovered a toy shaped bomb from the roadside waste.
The device exploded when they tried to open it.
The injured child was shifted to Bolan Medical Complex where his condition is said to be critical.
The police have cordoned off the blast site and started their initial investigation. (QNA)
