Doha: El Jaish have confirmed a friendly match with Saudi Arabian side Al Batain on September 1 as Sabri Lamouchi’s side prepares for the new QSL season.
The tie will serve as a strong test for Jaish, who are currently preparing for their crunch second leg match against Al Nasr in the AFC Champions League.
This will be the second Saudi team Jaish will face, having previously announced a tie against Saudi giants Al Hillal.
The new Qatar Stars League season starts on September 15.
