Ankara: Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday met the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage H E Dr Hamad Abdulaziz Al Kuwari, currently on a visit to Turkey. They reviewed cultural relations and signed a memorandum of understanding to observe 2015 as Cultural Year. Davutoglu praised excellent relations between both countries at the level of the leadership. Qatari Ambassador Salem Mubarak Al Shafi was also present. QNA
