DOHA: The Ministry of Interior (MoI) honoured 37 trainers working in its different departments who were accredited by international training bodies.
The Legal Advisor of Prime Minister Major General Dr Abdullah Yusuf Al Mal presented the certificates to the accredited trainers at an event held at Civil Defence officers’ club on Thursday.
Abdullah Yusuf Al Mal said that the Ministry of Interior is taking all necessary initiatives for upgrading the skills its officers and staffs. This was the second batch of trainers which included female civil officers as well.
He added that the presence of trained employees in the Ministry would inevitably lead to improving the performance levels in various security, humanitarian and service sectors of the ministry.
