Ramallah - Several Palestinians suffocated by teargas on Tuesday after the Israeli army stormed the village of Hosan, to the west of Bethlehem, according to local sources.
Local sources from the village told Palestinian WAFA news agency an Israeli army force broke into the area and fired teargas canisters towards the schools complex, causing multiple cases of suffocation by teargas inhalation.
The soldiers also deployed heavily across the village, broke into several homes, spreading panic among residents.
Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers, stationed at Abu ar-Rish checkpoint in the Old City of Hebron, shot toxic gas canisters towards a number of school students, causing them to suffocate. They received first aid at the scene, WAFA added.
