Action from the second day of the Qatar Optimist Cup 2014 at Katara’s Cultural Village in Doha yesterday. Okyanua Arikan and Rasim Yasar, both of Turkey, share the lead at the end of three races in the 12-race event. Florine Bramervaer of Netherlands is in third place while Qatar’s Abdulrhman Al Nasr is in fourth place. No races took place on Sunday, the first day of the championship on account of poor wind conditions. Thirty one sailors from eleven countries are taking part in the championship which will end on January 2.
