Seoul - A 3.5 magnitude earthquake hit the South Korea's southeastern region early Monday, South Korean Meteorological Administration (KMA) said.
The quake occurred at some 15 kilometers northeast of Miryang in South Gyeongsang Province of Korea, with a depth of 20 km, Yonhap news agency reported.
The day quake is the seventh-strongest earthquake to occur on the peninsula and surrounding seas this year. There were no immediate reports of any damage
