The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani met the outgoing Afghan Ambassador, Khaled Ahmad Zakaria, at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. The Emir presented the envoy the Sash of Merit in appreciation of his efforts to promote relations between the two countries, and wished him success in his future assignments.
