DOHA: The morning will be foggy, affecting visibility, which will be as low as a kilometre at times at places, weather forecasters said yesterday. They also forecast strong winds and high seas by the evening. The wind speed inshore could be three to 13 knots during the day but could reach 20 knots as night approaches. The air may be a bit chilly at places at night as the direction of the wind changes at night to northwesterly. Temperatures will vary from 32 degrees Celsius during the day to 14 degrees C at night.
